Any Overseas Pakistani with an active Roshan Digital Account can apply. The process involves four steps:

1. Open an RDA account if not already available.
2. Visit the Roshan Apni Car portal to select the vehicle and financing plan.
3. Assign a nominee and submit the required documents.
4. MCB manages the financing and delivers the car to the nominee.
