Bahria Town has filed an appeal in the Supreme Court challenging the Islamabad High Court’s decision that allowed the auction of its properties.
The appeal, submitted through Advocate Farooq H. Naik, seeks to have the Islamabad High Court’s ruling declared null and void.
The real estate developer has also requested an urgent hearing of the petition and asked the apex court to suspend the scheduled property auction on August 7 until a final decision is made on the appeal.
Earlier on Tuesday, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) announced that it will auction multiple high-profile properties belonging to real estate tycoon Malik Riaz on August 7, 2025.
