Bank of Punjab is Hiring Banking Officers

The Bank of Punjab (BOP), one of the country’s fastest-growing financial institutions, has announced vacancies for the position of Phone Banking Officer in its Contact Center (Information Technology Group).

These positions are open for Lahore and Karachi, with the bank seeking experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professionals to join its dynamic team.

According to BOP, the selected candidates will be responsible for the timely resolution of customer complaints, proficiency in bank products, adherence to information security protocols, and achieving performance-based targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Age: Not more than 40 years on the date of application.

Experience:

  • OG-II: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • OG-IV/OG-III: Fresh graduates/postgraduates may also apply.
