Over the weekend, several news channels and social media pages claimed that the Punjab Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) had announced the results of the 2025 annual Class 9th examinations.
The reports suggested that all educational boards across Punjab, including Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, and Sargodha, had released the results.
However, these claims have been proven false. Upon checking the official websites of the respective boards, it has been confirmed that the results have not yet been announced. According to official statements, the results will be declared on Wednesday, 20 August 2025, at 10:00 AM.
The false reports confused students and parents, many of whom rushed to check the official websites and helplines for confirmation.
Students are advised to wait for the official announcement on the scheduled date and time. The results will be available on the official websites of the respective boards, and students can access them using their roll numbers.
