The Government of Punjab has launched 30,000 new scholarships under the Chief Minister’s Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025, offering merit-based financial assistance to talented students pursuing undergraduate degrees.
The scholarship will cover the full tuition fees of eligible students, providing financial relief for those from economically constrained backgrounds.
How to Apply
Eligible students can apply by visiting the official Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) website and completing the online application process. For more detailed information, applicants can visit the portal or contact the PHEC helpline for assistance.
Eligibility Criteria
The scholarship program targets students who have completed their intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/12th Grade) with a minimum of 70% marks. Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Domicile: Applicants must have a domicile in Punjab.
- Family Income: The monthly income of the applicant’s family must not exceed Rs. 350,000 (for public sector HEIs).
- Degree Program: Students applying for BS, BA, BSc, MBBS, or any undergraduate program are eligible.
