Detailed Federal Board (FBISE) Class 12th (HSSC-II) Results 2025

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) officially announced the class 12th results for 2025 on 26 August 2025, with thousands of students from across Pakistan and abroad participating in the annual exams.

Overall Result Summary

According to the official gazette, a total of 84,321 students appeared in the class 12th examinations this year. Out of these, 68,379 students passed, marking an overall pass percentage of 81.10%.

Pre-Medical Group

  • Total Appeared: 24,839
  • Passed: 23,235
  • Pass Percentage: 93.54%

Pre-Engineering Group

  • Total Appeared: 20,958
  • Passed: 19,109
  • Pass Percentage: 91.19%

Humanities Group

  • Total Appeared: 11,191
  • Passed: 7,654
  • Pass Percentage: 68.39%

Commerce Group

  • Total Appeared: 4,927
  • Passed: 3,291
  • Pass Percentage: 66.79%

Computer Science Group

  • Total Appeared: 15,277
  • Passed: 11,763
  • Pass Percentage: 77.01%

Medical Technology Group

  • Total Appeared: 1,129
  • Passed: 1,044
  • Pass Percentage: 92.47%

Gender-Wise Performance

Here is a gender-wise breakdown of the results.

  • Boys Appeared: 39,087
  • Boys Passed: 30,125
  • Boys Pass Percentage: 77.06%
  • Girls Appeared: 45,234
  • Girls Passed: 38,254
  • Girls Pass Percentage: 84.54%

Girls once again outperformed boys, continuing a consistent trend seen in recent years.

International Centers Performance

The FBISE also held exams in international centers. Among these:

  • Saudi Arabia: 924 appeared, 861 passed (93.18%)
  • UAE: 1,036 appeared, 976 passed (94.20%)
  • Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and others also showed high pass percentages exceeding 85%.

Toppers in Class 12th FBISE Exams

The Federal Board will release the full list of subject-wise and group-wise toppers separately. In most categories, students from Islamabad and Rawalpindi region dominated the top positions.
