AirSial, one of Pakistan’s emerging airlines, has announced vacancies for the position of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in its Commercial Department with a base station in Karachi. The opportunity is aimed at fresh graduates and young professionals looking to begin a career in aviation management.

Qualification & Experience

Applicants are required to hold a graduate degree in Business Administration, preferably with a specialization in Marketing, along with at least one year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

According to the airline, the selected MTOs will:

• Assist department managers in day-to-day operations and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
• Gain hands-on exposure to departmental workflows and organizational objectives.
• Monitor business revenue streams and handle essential administrative support, including data entry, documentation, and filing.
• Support performance evaluations by preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying insights.
• Develop and present strategies to support business growth, market analysis, and commercial development.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have an academic background in management, marketing, customer service, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in statistics, data analytics, and business reporting tools, is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required, along with the ability to work professionally across multiple departments.
