200+ Govt Teachers and Staff Members Jobs Announced

The Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonments and Garrisons) Directorate, Ministry of Defence, has announced 207 new teaching and support staff positions for schools and colleges under its control. The vacancies are open to candidates from all provinces, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Teaching Posts

The majority of positions are for Elementary School Teachers (EST):

EST – Male (BPS-14): 121 seats
EST – Female (BPS-14): 71 seats

Applicants must hold a 16-year degree in any discipline. A B.Ed. degree is not required for eligibility.

Other Positions

Additional vacancies have been announced in the following categories:

Librarian (Male, BPS-15): 1 seat
Library Assistant (Male, BPS-09): 2 seats
Assistant Librarian (Male, BPS-09): 8 seats
Band Master (Male, BPS-06): 1 seat
Sewing Mistress (Female, BPS-06): 3 seats

Age Limits

BPS-14 and BPS-15 posts: 20–35 years (with relaxation as per rules)
BPS-06 and BPS-09 posts: 18–30 years (with relaxation as per rules)

Application Procedure

Applications will be accepted online only at induction.fgei.gov.pk. Applicants must upload all required documents at the time of submission. Roll number slips must be downloaded from the website and presented at the test center. Hard copies will not be accepted.

Written Test Centers

The written test will be conducted in six cities:

Peshawar
Rawalpindi
Lahore
Multan
Karachi
Quetta

Age Relaxation Policy

Age relaxation will be allowed in accordance with government rules, ranging from three to fifteen years, depending on the category. Candidates will be eligible for relaxation in only one category.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews based on their performance in the written test. At the time of the interview, applicants must present original academic documents. Government employees must apply through proper channels with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.

Applications containing false or incomplete information will be rejected. Candidates are advised to provide accurate details to avoid disqualification.
