The Punjab School Education Department has officially lifted the restriction on transfers and postings of teachers, 24NewsHD TV reported.
Officials confirmed that educators can now apply for transfers under various categories, including open merit, promotion, mutual consent, surplus staff adjustment, and disposal grounds.
The department will begin accepting online applications from September 28, with the verification process scheduled to conclude in October. Transfer orders are also expected to be issued within the same month.
