The Dubai Fountain, one of the emirate’s most celebrated landmarks, will resume its shows on October 1, 2025, after being closed for five months for large-scale maintenance and enhancements, Emarat Al Youm reported.
Emaar, the developer of the attraction, suspended performances in May to carry out an extensive refurbishment programme. The upgrades include the installation of cutting-edge technologies, improved sound and lighting systems, and newly choreographed sequences aimed at taking the experience to new heights.
Since its launch, the fountain—located in Downtown Dubai—has mesmerised millions with its synchronised water, light, and music performances. More than just an entertainment spectacle, it has become a symbol of Dubai’s artistic energy and cultural appeal, drawing global attention.
The renovation ensures that the fountain will continue offering breathtaking shows for both residents and tourists, further strengthening Dubai’s status as a world-class hub for innovation and leisure.
