Parkin, Dubai’s largest public parking operator, is rolling out two new account types through its mobile app, designed to enhance convenience for both businesses and households.
Business Account
Tailored for companies, this feature will allow organizations to efficiently manage multiple vehicles, simplifying payment and monitoring across their fleets.
Family Account
This option is aimed at households, enabling family members to share access for a smoother and more coordinated parking experience.
According to Parkin, the initiative reflects its broader strategy to expand smart mobility services across the emirate and make parking more accessible and efficient for all users.
Existing Services
In addition to the new accounts, Parkin continues to provide:
- Pay-As-You-Go Parking for quick and easy payments.
- Monthly Passes for residents and commuters.
- Event Parking Access during festivals and concerts.
- Corporate Fleet Solutions for businesses managing multiple vehicles.
- EV Parking equipped with charging stations for electric cars.
Expansion Plans
Parkin PJSC plans to add 3,000 new paid parking spaces in private developments by the end of 2025, alongside the construction of four multi-storey car parks over the next two years.
The company reported Dh320 million in revenue in Q2 2025, up 56% from the same quarter in 2024. By mid-2025, Parkin oversaw 211,500 parking spaces, including 188,700 public spots—an increase of 11,700 compared to the previous year.
The introduction of Dubai’s variable parking tariff system in April 2025 further reorganized spaces into Standard (109,000) and Premium (79,700), with a Dh25 hourly rate applied during major events.
While some developer-managed parking declined due to planned closures in Al Sufouh, new additions in areas like Zone W have offset the loss. Multi-storey parking capacity remains steady at 3,200 spaces.
