The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has rolled out a new facility that makes it easier for citizens to pay application fees once their requests are approved.
Under the updated system, applicants can pay fees in cash at the respective NADRA office or use digital platforms such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, and E-Sahulat outlets.
For added convenience, NADRA has also launched a QR code payment feature. At the time of applying, applicants can request a QR code from the staff, scan it with their mobile banking app, and complete the payment instantly without any extra charges.
These options are available across the country, ensuring greater accessibility and ease for citizens.
For assistance, individuals can call the NADRA helpline at 1777 from their mobile phones. Complaints can also be filed online through NADRA’s official portal at complaints.nadra.govt.pk or via the Pak ID mobile app.
Earlier, NADRA revised its NICOP fee structure for Pakistani nationals residing in South Africa. The National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) is an essential document for overseas citizens and their families, offering legal recognition, access to services, and other benefits that help them maintain strong ties with Pakistan.
