The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has earned two top honors at the UK’s Best Business Awards, highlighting Dubai’s growing global reputation as a center for educational innovation and customer excellence.
The authority won the Best Business Transformation Award for its initiative aimed at improving teaching and learning quality across Dubai’s private schools. The program is built on a comprehensive quality assurance framework that has successfully enhanced academic standards across diverse curricula and student communities.

In addition, KHDA received the Best Customer Care Award for its extensive digital transformation efforts. The authority has revamped its customer experience by introducing self-service platforms and digitizing nearly 95% of its services. These upgrades have resulted in faster service delivery, increased transparency, and a 35% decrease in customer complaints during the first quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction levels have risen to 96%.
“These awards reflect our ongoing commitment to providing world-class education for every learner in Dubai and advancing the goals of the Education 33 Strategy,” said Dr. Wafi Dawood, CEO of KHDA’s Strategic Development Sector.
