HBO Max Launched in Pakistan — Here are the Prices

HBO Max has officially launched in Pakistan as part of a broader regional rollout that includes Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Brunei, Laos, Cambodia, Mongolia, and Macau. With these additions, the platform will surpass 100 global markets by the end of the year.

HBO Max is now available in Pakistan for cheap, starting at only Rs. 800 a month for its Standard package. This brings you 1080p video streaming, 30 downloads to watch on the go, and the ability to stream on 2 devices at once.

The Premium package can stream on up to 4 devices with 4K resolution and enables up to 100 downloads. It also adds Dolby Atmos for a better audio experience for Rs. 1,100 a month. You can save up to 46% on yearly packages, which cost Rs. 5,600 a year for the Standard model, while the Premium package goes up to Rs. 7,700 per year.

HBO Max is a subscription-based streaming service operated by Warner Bros. Discovery. It offers a broad catalog of content, combining HBO’s critically acclaimed originals with blockbuster films from Warner Bros., as well as content from DC, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Discovery Channel, and more. Since its debut in 2020, HBO Max has become a major player in the global streaming industry, competing with platforms like Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video.

The service features a mix of new releases, popular TV series, and exclusive Max Originals, with offerings ranging from award-winning dramas like Succession and The Last of Us to franchises such as Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and The Batman. In some regions, HBO Max has also introduced localized content and language support to cater to regional audiences.
