Dubai Businessman Donates His Properties Worth AED 110 Million to Charity

The Endowment and Minors’ Trust Foundation (Awqaf Dubai) has received one of the largest charitable real estate endowments of 2025, according to Emarat Al Youm.

Emirati businessman and former diplomat Hamad bin Ahmed bin Salem Al Hajri has donated seven buildings located in different areas of Dubai. The total market value of the endowment is estimated at Dh110 million.

What the Endowment Supports

The donation will support various charitable initiatives under Awqaf Dubai. In Dubai, charitable endowments — known as waqf — allow donors to dedicate assets such as real estate for public or family benefit. These assets are then invested or rented to generate sustainable income for targeted causes.
