Meezan Bank has partnered with Changan Motors to introduce a Shariah-compliant auto financing option for two of the company’s popular models, the Alsvin sedan and the Oshan X7 SUV, under its Car Ijarah facility.
Revised Prices and Discounts
The financing plan offers significantly reduced starting prices:
- Changan Alsvin: Rs. 3,989,000 (down from Rs. 4,189,000)
- Changan Oshan X7: Rs. 8,274,000 (down from Rs. 8,474,000)
In addition to price reductions, customers are eligible for discounts on rental payments:
- Up to Rs. 200,000 discount on the Alsvin
- Up to Rs. 250,000 discount on the Oshan X7
These discounts apply under reduced monthly rental terms and are available exclusively through Meezan Bank for eligible customers.
Maintenance Package Included
The financing arrangement also includes a 2-year prepaid periodic maintenance plan, which covers:
- Alsvin: Maintenance worth Rs. 125,000
- Oshan X7: Maintenance worth Rs. 250,000
The maintenance package covers standard servicing items such as engine oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, spark plug, AC filter, coolant, brake/clutch fluid, and brake pads/shoes. Labor charges are also included, capped at Rs. 15,000 or three service visits (whichever comes first).
This limited-time offer is being facilitated by Changan Motors exclusively for Meezan Bank customers. Vehicles will be leased through the bank’s Car Ijarah program, which adheres to Islamic banking principles.
