Following reports of a cheetah sighting outside the boundary walls of the New Islamabad International Airport, airport authorities and relevant agencies launched a search operation. Teams combed the airport premises and nearby areas, though no trace of the animal was found.

According to sources, wildlife department teams were also called in to collect evidence regarding the animal’s possible presence. Officials stated that patrols around sensitive areas of the airport have been intensified.
