NADRA Announces Temporary Suspension of Services

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a scheduled system upgrade on November 2, 2025 (Sunday) to enhance its services and improve user experience across Pakistan and abroad.

According to the official notice, the Pak ID mobile app may experience limited functionality between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. due to the upgrade activity. NADRA clarified that only some features of the app could be temporarily affected during this short maintenance period.

In addition, the authority stated that NADRA services at Pakistan’s diplomatic missions abroad will remain suspended from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the same day. Services are expected to resume as soon as the system upgrade is completed.

NADRA emphasized that these measures are part of ongoing efforts to ensure smoother, faster, and more secure digital services for citizens in Pakistan and overseas.

For further details or updates, the public has been advised to visit www.nadra.gov.pk or contact the NADRA helpline at 1777 (for mobile users) or +92-51-111-786-100. The authority expressed regret for any inconvenience caused and appreciated citizens’ cooperation during the upgrade process.
