Vivo Y500 Pro Launching With 200MP Camera and 7,000mAh Battery

Vivo is preparing to launch its new midrange device, the Y500 Pro, in China on November 10. Ahead of the official unveiling, key specifications have been revealed through a Weibo post and a product listing on China Telecom.

The vivo Y500 Pro (model V2516A) features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM. The device will be available in two storage variants: 256GB and 512GB.

One of the standout features of the Y500 Pro is its large 7,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery, which supports 90W fast charging. The phone also offers IP68 and IP69-rated water and dust resistance and runs vivo’s OriginOS 6 out of the box.

The device is equipped with a 200MP main camera that uses Samsung’s ISOCELL HP5 sensor. A secondary 2MP depth sensor sits alongside it. On the front, a 32MP selfie camera is embedded in a center-aligned punch-hole cutout.

The phone measures 160.23 x 74.51 x 7.81mm and weighs 198 grams. Color options include Light Green, Titanium Black, Soft Pink, and Auspicious Cloud Gold.

Vivo has yet to announce the official pricing, but full availability details are expected at launch next week.
