The Government of Hungary has officially opened applications for the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2026/2027. The program invites international students from all partner countries, including Pakistan, to apply for Bachelor’s, Master’s, One-Tier Master’s, PhD, and Non-Degree programs at top Hungarian universities.
Launched in 2013 by the Hungarian Government and coordinated by the Tempus Public Foundation (TPF) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, this program aims to strengthen international relations and promote Hungary’s higher education worldwide.
Today, more than 30 Hungarian universities participate in the scheme, offering over 800 English-taught programs across a wide range of disciplines, including medicine, engineering, law, business, IT, and the arts.
Students may apply for up to two different study programs (in order of preference). Available study modes include:
