The signing ceremony was held at JS Bank’s Head Office in Karachi, attended by senior executives from both organizations, marking a major milestone in the Bank’s digital transformation journey.
JSense leverages advanced artificial intelligence and natural language processing to provide instant, 24/7 assistance to customers.
The chatbot is designed to handle a wide range of customer queries from product information and transaction assistance to branch details and account support, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
