Abu Dhabi has approved a Dh4 billion housing package benefiting 3,310 UAE citizens as part of the 54th National Day celebrations.
This marks the third housing benefits package in 2025, bringing the total value of housing aid in the emirate this year to Dh15.384 billion, supporting 10,718 citizens.
The package includes Dh2.27 billion in housing loans for 1,768 citizens and Dh1.51 billion in grants and ready-built homes.
Additionally, loan repayment exemptions and reductions under the Emirati Family Growth programme, worth Dh208 million, will benefit 204 citizens, including low-income seniors, retirees, and families of the deceased.
The initiative was approved by Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, under the directives of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, said the package reflects the leadership’s commitment to enhancing citizens’ quality of life and fostering a spirit of unity and giving across the emirate.
This latest package reinforces Abu Dhabi’s ongoing efforts to provide housing solutions, loans, and grants, ensuring stability and support for Emirati families throughout 2025.
