The Sindh Education Department has announced the schedule for winter vacations across the province.
The decision was finalized during a meeting of the department’s steering committee, which approved the annual break for both public and private educational institutions.
According to the department’s spokesperson, all educational institutions in Sindh will observe winter holidays from December 22 to December 31. Institutions will reopen on January 1, resuming academic activities as per routine.
The spokesperson added that supplementary examinations scheduled by the education boards will continue without interruption during the holiday period, ensuring that exam timelines remain unaffected.
The department stated that the winter break aims to provide students and teachers with a seasonal respite while ensuring that academic calendars stay on track.
