HER returns with a fresh season, spotlighting impactful stories of women from across Asia including three from Pakistan: Rida Zahra, a psychologist from Islamabad who shares how caring for pets became an important part of her own healing journey; Jalila Haider, a lawyer and human rights activist from Quetta advocating for marginalized communities; and Wajeha Qureshi, Head of Marketing for one of Pakistan’s leading companies and a voice for women in corporate leadership.
DW’s original series HER annually showcases a powerful range of authentic and diverse stories, told by remarkable women from Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia, and other parts of Asia.
The highly anticipated Season 6 presents compelling stories of Asian women as they rebuild their lives, navigate motherhood, and seek connection amidst leadership challenges. From unconventional living spaces to evolving relationships, the series offers intimate portraits of resilience and the many layers of women’s experiences across Asia.
