The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has linked airports across Pakistan, including Karachi, with the IC4 system, enabling passengers to register complaints related to offloading from flights and other issues.
According to an FIA spokesperson, the move aims to further enhance public services at airports nationwide. By integrating airport operations with the IC4 system, the FIA seeks to improve coordination and ensure the timely resolution of passenger concerns.
The spokesperson said citizens can seek guidance or lodge complaints through the Integrated Command, Control, Communication and Coordination (IC4) system by calling the helpline 1991.
In addition to phone calls, complaints can also be submitted via designated email addresses.
For immediate resolution of complaints related to offloading from flights, passengers have been advised to contact 051-9262908.
The FIA spokesperson added that complaints related to immigration matters will be addressed promptly to facilitate travelers and improve service delivery at airports.

Don’t wait for complaint act as you see on camera and get rid of anyone bothering harassing any passenger and helping and protecting each other in that harrasment.
Public servents means serving securing and facilitating public interests with better services while getting salaries and benifits from public funds.
Put the real meaning of public service at all airports nooks and corners as well as in each public service organs of state who so ever gets salaries and benifits from public funds.
If you see at airport entry three lines are for 200million people to enter the Lahore airport and same size of area is left alongside controlled only for passage of few hundrad VIPS ( THOSE who are public servents taking salaries and benifits from public funds and they are above public).
Actions are needed.
