Honor Win Camera Setup Detailed as Launch Date Nears

Honor is set to launch its first gaming-focused smartphone lineup, the Honor Win series, in China on December 26. While Honor has already confirmed several core features, a new leak has now revealed detailed camera specifications for both models.

According to a tipster on Weibo, the Honor Win and Honor Win RT will feature a 50MP Sony LYT 700 primary rear camera paired with a 12MP ultrawide sensor. Both phones are also tipped to include a 50MP front-facing camera for selfies.

Rear Camera Differences

The Honor Win is confirmed to feature a triple rear camera setup, while the Win RT will use a dual camera configuration. The Honor Win will also include a 50MP Sony IMX856 telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom support, a feature not expected on the Win RT.

Shared Hardware Features

The leak also claims that both smartphones will offer an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, and support for 5,920Hz PWM dimming.

Both devices are said to pack a 10,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging.

Chipset Details

The Honor Win is expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, while the Honor Win RT will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

Honor has not officially confirmed these specifications. More details are expected at the official launch event later this month.
