The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has set 24 February 2026 as the date for the computerized lucky draw of its latest residential and commercial plot scheme, offering citizens a chance to secure property in several approved housing projects on an installment basis.

According to the official announcement, plots from five different LDA schemes and blocks have been included in the ballot. These cover both commercial and residential categories, ranging from 3-marla plots to 1‑kanal plots, with fixed prices and a refundable application fee for each category.

The computerized draw on February 24 will decide successful applicants, with LDA describing the process as transparent and fully automated. Those whose names are drawn will be eligible to obtain plots on easy installments as per the advertised payment plan.
