Otsuka Pakistan Limited has resumed production at its manufacturing facility following the completion of planned annual maintenance, the company informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited on Monday.
In a formal disclosure submitted to the exchange, the company said production was restarted with effect from January 5, 2026, after the successful completion of scheduled maintenance activities
The disclosure was made in accordance with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book, which require listed companies to promptly inform the market of material developments.
Otsuka Pakistan Limited is a listed pharmaceutical and nutrition products company engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of intravenous solutions, pharmaceutical products, and medical nutrition.
The company operates a manufacturing facility at the Hub Industrial Trading Estate in Balochistan and is part of Japan based Otsuka Pharmaceutical group, which has a global presence in healthcare and nutrition solutions.
