Federal Board Announces Intermediate Annual Exam Date 2026

The Federal Board has released the timetable and admissions schedule for the Intermediate (HSSC) First Year Annual Examinations 2026, confirming that the exams will start on April 28.

Alongside the date announcement, the board has opened online submissions for examination admission forms and issued a detailed fee and deadline structure for regular, private, and improvement candidates.

According to the schedule, students can submit their forms with the normal fee up to February 3. Those applying after that will be required to pay late charges: forms will be accepted with a double fee from February 4 to February 12, while submissions with a triple fee will be entertained until February 24.

The board has set the First Year examination fee at Rs. 2,700, while unregistered candidates will be charged Rs. 4,200. For candidates appearing in both parts together, the combined First Year and Second Year fee has been fixed at Rs. 5,400.

The Federal Board also announced a Rs. 2,000 charge for making corrections in the admission form or for rectifying details on the roll number slip.

However, the board said orphans, persons with disabilities, and prisoner candidates will be exempted from paying examination fees.
