All nine educational boards in Punjab have announced the schedule for the 2026 Matric and Intermediate annual examinations.
According to an official circular, the boards revised the Matric examination dates due to the holy month of Ramadan. The Matric exams will now begin on March 27 instead of March 3. The Matric results are scheduled for August 6.
The annual Intermediate examinations will start on May 20. Boards will announce the Intermediate results on September 23. The Class 9 results will come out on September 2, while the First Year (Part-I) results will be announced on August 22.
The boards have also released the schedule for supplementary examinations. The Matric supplementary exams will begin on October 6, and the results will be announced on December 8.
The Intermediate supplementary exams will start on November 3, with results scheduled for January 12, 2027. The announced schedule will apply uniformly across all Punjab boards.
