Redmi has shared new details about its upcoming Turbo 5 Max smartphone, including its design and battery capacity. The company has already confirmed that the device will be powered by the recently launched MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset.
In a post on Weibo, Redmi confirmed that the Turbo 5 Max will feature a 9,000mAh battery. The company did not share any additional charging-related details.
Alongside the battery confirmation, Redmi also released official design renders of the Turbo 5 Max in the Ocean Breeze Blue color option.
The smartphone will feature a CNC metal frame paired with a fiberglass rear panel. It will also include a metal ring surrounding the pill-shaped dual rear camera module.
Recent leaked renders had suggested a different design for the Turbo 5 Max. However, the official images indicate that the phone’s design closely resembles the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro.
Redmi has not yet confirmed the launch date for the Turbo 5 Max.
