Defending champions Lahore Qalandars have confirmed their retained players ahead of the 2026 Pakistan Super League (PSL 11) player auction, scheduled for February 11.
A total of 13 players were placed in Lahore Qalandars’ retention pool across categories.
From the available list, the Qalandars retained:
The franchise did not retain any player from the Emerging category.
Lahore’s announcement comes as other franchises also begin locking in their core squads ahead of the February 11 auction.
Karachi Kings have confirmed four retentions across categories, keeping Hasan Ali (Platinum), Abbas Afridi (Diamond), Khushdil Shah (Gold), and Saad Baig (Emerging), while opting not to retain anyone from the Silver category.
Quetta Gladiators have also revealed their retained list, retaining Abrar Ahmed (Platinum), Usman Tariq (Diamond), Hassan Nawaz (Gold), and Shamyl Hussain (Emerging), and similarly leaving the Silver category unfilled.
Meanwhile, reports suggest Peshawar Zalmi have retained Babar Azam in the Platinum category, with Sufiyan Muqeem also said to be among their retentions, as teams finalise their strategies ahead of the league’s first auction-era season.
PSL 11 is scheduled to begin on March 26 and will run until May 3.
