The University of the Punjab has decided to recruit 50 additional security guards to address a shortage of security personnel on campus.
According to university sources, the new guards will be hired on a daily wage basis for an initial period of three months. The administration has invited applications from interested candidates, and all applications will be submitted online.
An official notice stated that the application process will continue until March 2. After the deadline, authorities will review applications and complete the scrutiny and appointment process.
The move aims to strengthen campus security and ensure a safer environment for students and staff.
