Sindh Changes Board Exam Dates for Classes 9 and 10

The Government of Sindh has announced a revised schedule for the upcoming board examinations of Classes 9 and 10 across the province.

Under the updated timetable, Class 10 examinations will now commence on April 7, while Class 9 examinations will begin on April 8. The changes apply to all relevant educational boards operating in Sindh.

The revision follows a directive issued by the Universities and Boards Department instructing boards not to hold examinations during Holy Week and Easter.

Authorities had earlier ordered that no exam papers be scheduled between April 2 and April 6. As a result, boards were required to amend previously issued timetables to comply with the new instructions.

The annual matriculation examinations were originally scheduled to begin on March 31. However, after the government’s directive, boards revised the schedule to avoid the specified dates.

  • Respected Sir,
My name is Abdul Razzaque Samejo. I am a student of Matric class at Iqra Public School, Umerkot (near Gaju Mohalla, Umerkot, Sindh).
I humbly request you to kindly provide me a laptop under the Prime Minister Laptop Scheme. I belong to a poor family and cannot afford to buy a laptop. A laptop will help me continue my education, improve my studies, and build a better future.
I request the government to kindly include students from Sindh, especially deserving students like me, in this scheme.
I shall be very thankful for your support and consideration.
    Yours faithfully,
    Abdul Razzaque Samejo
