A special Ramadan Sahulat Bazaar for women has been opened in Islamabad’s Sector G-11, providing a dedicated marketplace for female vendors and shoppers during the holy month.
The bazaar consists of 48 stalls that have been allocated to women vendors. The stalls will remain operational until Chand Raat.
The market offers a variety of festive items that are commonly purchased for Eid, including bangles, mehndi, and ready-made garments.
In addition to Eid-related products, the bazaar also provides daily-use commodities and food items at officially notified rates.
Authorities have implemented monitoring measures to ensure fair pricing and quality standards. Price control magistrates have been conducting inspections at the bazaar and are taking action on complaints from customers regarding overcharging or quality issues.
