The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has extended the facility for obtaining a Child Registration Certificate, commonly known as B-Form, for children up to the age of 10 through e-Sahulat centers.
According to NADRA, the move has been introduced to facilitate citizens by allowing parents to apply for the B-Form at nearby e-Sahulat franchises.
Parents are required to bring a birth certificate issued by the relevant Union Council when visiting the e-Sahulat center to apply for the document.
NADRA said the initiative aims to make the registration process more accessible by enabling families to obtain the B-Form through franchise centers located close to their homes.
Information about the nearest e-Sahulat franchises is available on NADRA’s official website.
