Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Tuesday, in line with gains in the international market.
The price of gold per tola increased by Rs. 1,000 to reach Rs. 523,762, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs. 449,041, up by Rs. 857. On Monday, the price per tola had reached Rs. 522,762 after a decline of Rs. 1,800 during the day.
The international rate of gold also increased by $10, bringing it to $5,010 per ounce, with a premium of $20.
Silver rates also increased by Rs. 128 to Rs. 8,569 per tola.
