Vivo has confirmed the launch date for its upcoming flagship X300 Ultra after weeks of teasers and its earlier showcase at MWC 2026. The company also revealed the rear design of the device and shared a first look at the X300s, which will debut alongside it.
Launch Date and Availability
According to a post on Weibo, vivo will introduce both the X300 Ultra and the X300s in China on March 30.
The X300 Ultra is also expected to launch in global markets following its China debut.
Design and Colors
Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao shared official images showing the rear panels of both devices. The X300 Ultra and X300s are presented in a new “Film Green” color option, featuring a two-tone finish.
The X300 Ultra appears to retain a camera module design similar to the X300 Pro, but with changes to the lens arrangement. A rumored 5MP multispectral sensor is visible at the bottom of the module.
The X300s adopts a design closer to the standard X300, with a revised camera ring, while the overall sensor layout remains largely unchanged.
What to Expect
Vivo is expected to share additional details about both devices in the days leading up to the launch event.
