FIA Seals Shops Built on Government Property

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) carried out an operation in Rawalpindi to recover Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) land and other government assets from illegal occupants.

According to an FIA spokesperson, the operation was conducted by the Anti-Corruption Circle Islamabad as part of a nationwide campaign launched at the direction of Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and FIA Director General Dr. Usman Anwar to reclaim government properties from encroachers.

A special team, formed under the supervision of FIA Islamabad Zone Director Shahzad Nadeem Bukhari and Deputy Director Mir Faizanul Haq, carried out the operation in Tyre Bazaar within the jurisdiction of Ganj Mandi Police Station.
