The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a temporary suspension of certain online services as it undertakes a system upgrade aimed at improving service delivery.
According to a public notice, the authority will carry out the upgrade on March 27, during which some services may be affected for a short duration. NADRA said its Pak ID mobile application, along with related online services, may remain unavailable from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am.
The authority said the upgrade is part of ongoing efforts to enhance service quality and provide improved facilities to users. It added that temporary disruptions may occur during the process and advised users to plan accordingly.
