Allama Iqbal Open University has extended the deadline for admissions and enrollment in its Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programs until April 15, 2026.
The university took the decision after receiving requests from students across the country and considering academic disruptions during Eid-ul-Fitr.
The extension applies to programs ranging from Matric and Intermediate to Associate Degree, BS, Teacher Training, Postgraduate Diplomas, and certificate courses.
The administration said a number of applicants were unable to submit their forms within the original deadline, and the extension provides them additional time to complete the process.
The university has advised prospective students to complete their admissions before the revised deadline. Admission forms and prospectuses are available on the official website, while further information can be obtained through regional offices.
