Vivo has confirmed compatibility details for its newly introduced teleconverter lenses, launched alongside the X300 Ultra and X300s smartphones in China.
The company unveiled two redesigned external lenses developed in partnership with Zeiss, including the 200mm G2 teleconverter and the 400mm G2 Ultra teleconverter.
The Zeiss G2 200mm teleconverter is priced at $145.
It is compatible with the Vivo X300 Ultra and X300s, as well as earlier models, including the X300 Pro, X300, and X200 Ultra.
The G2 Ultra 400mm teleconverter is priced at $290.
Currently, it is only compatible with the X300 Ultra. However, Vivo has confirmed that it is working to extend support to the X300 Pro and the X200 Ultra.
The older 2.35x teleconverter, originally launched with the X200 Ultra, remains compatible with newer devices.
It supports the X300 Ultra, X300s, X300 Pro, and X300 models.
Vivo recently showcased both the G2 and G2 Ultra teleconverters for the X300 Ultra at MWC, highlighting their integration with its latest smartphone camera systems.
