Major Internet Disruption Expected in Pakistan Next Week

Transworld, one of the biggest internet providers of Pakistan has announced a scheduled maintenance activity on its submarine cable system, which is being carried out in coordination with its international partners. During this time, the internet in Pakistan may face performance issues.

The company shared the update with users, noting that the work is part of routine infrastructure maintenance.

Maintenance Schedule

According to the announcement, the maintenance will take place over multiple days in April. The activity is scheduled to begin on April 9 at 06:30 PM and will continue until April 13 at 05:00 AM.
