Traffic restrictions have been imposed in Islamabad’s Red Zone due to the movement of foreign delegations, with authorities implementing heightened security measures in the area.
According to the advisory issued by Islamabad Traffic Police, all types of traffic, except for official vehicles, have been restricted in the Red Zone and its surrounding areas.
Citizens have been advised to avoid unnecessary travel towards the Red Zone to prevent inconvenience and delays during the security arrangements.
Islamabad Traffic Police said personnel have been deployed on roads to assist and guide commuters during the restrictions.
The public has also been urged to remain patient and cooperate with traffic authorities to ensure smooth management during the period.
