GWM Pakistan has announced the first local CKD rollout of the Tank 500, marking a key step in the company’s entry into Pakistan’s premium SUV segment.
The development follows the earlier launch of the Tank 500 in the country, where it was introduced in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) variants.
According to the previously announced pricing, the HEV variant is available at Rs. 20.5 million (ex-factory), while the PHEV variant is priced at Rs. 22.5 million. The booking amount has been set at Rs3 million for the HEV and Rs3.5 million for the PHEV.
The company said the all-new Tank 500 offers an electric-only range of up to 120 kilometres and a combined driving range of around 950 kilometres.
Customers can book the vehicle by visiting authorized dealerships or through the company’s official website, as per the company’s announcement.
