Pakistan has announced visa-free travel for delegates and journalists attending the Islamabad Talks 2026, facilitating smoother participation in the high-level diplomatic engagement.
According to an official statement issued by spokesperson Tahir Andrabi, the visa-free entry will be limited strictly to journalists and delegates from the United States and Iran, excluding all third-country nationals.
The government clarified that the visa-free policy will remain valid only for the duration of the talks and will not apply to third-country nationals.
The move aims to streamline entry procedures and support international participation in the Islamabad Talks, reflecting Pakistan’s efforts to facilitate dialogue and cooperation on key global issues.
Officials said immigration authorities will manage arrivals and ensure smooth processing for all eligible participants.
