Gold prices in Pakistan ended their 3-day winning streak on Friday in both local and international markets after a sudden decline in bullion rates in Gulf and European markets.
In the international bullion market, gold lost $34.3 per ounce to reach $4,790.7 per ounce. In Pakistan, the price of per tola gold decreased by Rs. 3,300, reaching Rs. 501,562 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs. 2,829, reaching Rs. 430,008.
The price of gold was Rs. 504,862 per tola on Thursday.
Meanwhile, silver prices also moved downward. The price of per tola silver decreased by Rs. 70 to Rs. 8,444.
