Vivo has officially started the global rollout of the X300 Ultra and X300 FE, expanding availability of its latest premium smartphones beyond China.
The company has not confirmed pricing, full market availability, or exact launch schedules. However, Vivo’s Spanish online store recently listed the X300 Ultra for release on April 24, which could indicate a wider European launch around the same time.
vivo X300 Ultra Heads to Global Markets
The X300 Ultra was first introduced in China in late March and released earlier this month. It serves as vivo’s flagship imaging-focused smartphone for the year.
The device features a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1440 x 3168 resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and comes with 12GB or 16GB RAM, along with 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB storage options.
The phone packs a 6,600mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.
Cameras on the X300 Ultra
The rear camera system includes a 200MP main sensor with gimbal optical image stabilization, a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with 3.7x optical zoom and OIS, and a 50MP ultrawide camera with autofocus and OIS.
On the front, the device includes a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus.
vivo X300 FE Also Expands Globally
The X300 FE, which first launched in Russia last month, is also set for a broader international release. Vivo has not shared pricing or confirmed launch dates for additional markets.
The global model carries a slightly revised design compared to the Russian version.

The rear camera setup includes a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and an 8MP ultrawide camera.
