The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has issued a revised schedule for matriculation annual examinations that were postponed in Rawalpindi city.
According to the notification, the Urdu paper will now be held on May 2 in the morning shift, followed by the Geography paper in the second shift on the same day.
A spokesperson for the board said examination timings and centers will remain unchanged.
The exams had been postponed at 64 centers in Rawalpindi city after the district administration declared a local holiday in connection with security arrangements linked to Iran-United States talks.
The board had announced that the postponement applied only to Rawalpindi city, while examinations in other districts and suburban areas under its jurisdiction continued as per the original schedule.
