PAA Announces Possible Flight Disruptions at Islamabad Airport

Flight operations at Islamabad International Airport may face disruptions between May 8 and May 10 due to operational reasons, according to a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) issued by the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA).

The PAA said arrivals and departures at the airport could be affected during specific time windows over the three days.

According to the NOTAM, flight operations may remain affected on May 8 between 10:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Meanwhile, on May 9 and May 10, disruptions are expected between 8 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.

The authority has also instructed flights arriving in Islamabad to carry additional holding fuel in light of the expected operational impact.
